Jessica Taverniti Psy.D BCBA-D LBA is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and  Licensed Behavior Analyst. She has been working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum ranging from infancy through adulthood for over 17 years.  Additionally, she is the founder and CEO of NuroLux, a technology for families impacted by Autism. She has been an administrator in higher education, Director of a federally qualified health care clinics, As well as a director  of  specialized schools for neurodiverse individuals and helped build Autism treatment clinics. Dr. Taverniti also serves at Adjunct Faculty at Bastyr University and her alma mater California School of Professional Psychology.  In addition, she has developed a Equine Assisted Learning and Equine Therapy program and has worked in behavioral intervention training all around the globe. She has also supervised and developed doctoral training programs and worked as an administrator supporting individuals with difference and their success throughout their time in higher education. 

Libby built her career around creatively and effectively designing behavioral and social-skills programs for families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders.  During her tenure at the University of California, San Diego, where she earned a master’s degree in psychology, she supported research on early biological markers in infants at risk for Autism.   After spending extensive time in the world of Applied Behavior Analysis, Libby co-founded a San Diego non-profit to build and deliver social-skills and recreational programs to families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder.   Passionate about creating even more impact, Libby then built and implemented a behavior analytics program for the Special Education Department in the U.S. Virgin Islands to reach countless underserved families. Upon returning to San Diego, Libby grew her experience as a leader in the field as a Clinical Director at Autism Learning Partners for over 4 years. Libby’s dynamic background and experience allows her to continue to pursue her passion to support families affected by ASD to access quality services.
